| Program Description: |
Our Media Design Technologies program seeks to put our students at the cutting edge of social and broadcast media by using new technologies in real-world situations to enhance their education experience. Employing iPod® touches and iPad® minis, students will engage these technologies in a comprehensive learning experience. Applications will be engaged for multi-level internal and external communications, classroom organization, journaling and blogging, and creating photographs and video clips to promote activities at Pickaway-Ross and their home schools to promote the career center to the community. |
| Impact Of Grant: |
The Make a Difference Grant would be used to purchase sets of iPod® touches and iPad® minis to be used in the classroom. The grant will also help purchase necessary software packages and applications to meet stated goals. The grant will enable students to enrich their high school education and prepare them for real-world applications of modern technology after they graduate. |
